• You will receive a confirmation call or message before dispatch (if applicable).

3. Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

• We offer free shipping on selected products or above a certain order value (if applicable).

• Standard shipping charges will be calculated at checkout (if applicable).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can track your parcel.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the parcel.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments
